Scope and legal basis of the processing
The data processing has the purposes directly connected and instrumental to the provision of the requested service,
furthermore they can be used to send advertising material, marketing activities and commercial information relating to
products and services that Colombo Filippetti SpA exhibits and delivers on the portal; detection of the degree of user
satisfaction on the quality of the products and/or services rendered and on the activity carried out by our Company,
internal statistics, feedback, preliminary acquisitions of information aimed at completing a contract or the provision of
a service, and so on; Your data will be processed for the aforementioned purposes connected with the implementation
of fulfilments relating to contractual obligations.
Processing methods
The data will be processed mainly with electronic and IT tools and stored both on computer media and on paper
supports and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the procedures set out in articles. 6, 32 of the
GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided.
Optional nature of data acquisition
The acquisition of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide, even partially, the personal data required for
completing the Registration Form to Access the Service may make it impossible to proceed with the complete delivery
of the Service.
Subjects to whom they may be communicated
Personal data may be communicated to Company personnel and/or to external subjects who perform the functions of
data processors; the personnel has been duly instructed in matters of security and protection of personal data and the
external managers are duly appointed. In any case, the prohibition to communicate or disseminate personal data to
subjects not necessary for the performance of the services remains unaffected.
Data transfer
Some of your Personal Data may be transferred to Recipients that could be outside the European Economic Area.
Colombo Filippetti SpA ensures that the electronic and paper processing of your Personal Data by the Recipients takes place in compliance with the Applicable Regulations. The transfers are based alternatively on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Period of storage
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant
to art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of storage of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the
completion of the services provided.
Rights of the involved party
You have the right to obtain frúom the owner the cancellation (the right to be forgotten), the limitation, updating,
rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general can exercise all
the rights provided by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
The involved party has the right to obtain confirmation on the existence or not of personal data concerning him or her,
even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of making a complaint to the
Control Authority.
You have the right to obtain information:
- on the origin of personal data.
- on the purposes and methods of processing.
- on the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments.
- on the identification data concerning the data controller and data processors.
- on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about
them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
You have the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, if interested, the integration of data;
- the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law,
including those that need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently
processed;
- the attestation that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, also
with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in
the case where such fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the
protected right;
- data portability.
The involved party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to:
- the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
- the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct
sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
